What is this project?
Welcome to "RFM Customer Segmentation & Cohort Analysis Project". This is a project which we will learn what is RFM? And how to apply RFM Analysis and Customer Segmentation using K-Means Clustering. Also we will improve our Data Cleaning, Data Visualization and Exploratory Data Analysis capabilities. On the other hand we will create Cohort and Conduct Cohort Analysis.
How was this project done and what tools were used? We completed this project with my other 3 teammates in a period of 4 days. We applied Agile Scrum methodology during the project process. In this way, we were able to control our progress and also exchanged ideas. We used Github, Streamlit, Python and Colab in the project
