Propagates the reviewer model floor from
ryanportfolio/Harness-Firmware#95.impartial-reviewpinned its five review subagents to Sonnet 4.6 and named that version in five places, so the tier needed re-editing on every model release. It now states a floor instead of a model: Opus or Sol or above, never Sonnet, Haiku, or Luna. Step 3 passesmodel: "opus", or omitsmodelto inherit the session model when the session already sits at Opus or above.Three "stronger model" references described the main session as stronger than the reviewers. That stops being true once reviewers run at the same tier, so they now name the main-session merge step.
Where this repo also carries
long-horizonorfable-mode, the same floor replaces their Sonnet allowance.Docs-only change, no runtime to exercise.
