Some ideas on other things done in Q3:

  • https://github.com/rust-lang/josh-sync and all Josh subtrees migrated to it, plus new repos becoming subtrees
  • GSoC project for implementing merge functionality in bors (not done yet though)
  • Implementation of multi-machine collector in rustc-perf (not done yet though)

The last two things could be done as a plan for Q4 (should be doable, I think).
