Creates a new dedicated environment variables reference page for vLLM workers with comprehensive tables organized by category (LLM settings, LoRA, speculative decoding, system performance, tokenizer, streaming/batch, OpenAI compatibility, serverless/concurrency, advanced settings, and Docker build arguments). Updates existing vLLM documentation pages to link to the new internal reference instead of the GitHub repository, making environment variable documentation more accessible and easier to navigate.
