The varlamore thieving plugin already includes distraction notifications for citizens

That plugin focuses more on the House part of Valamore thieveing, while yes it does have wealthy citizen notifications for Bazaar area, i found it to work poorly when turning off all settings seemingly related to house pickpocketing.

it also tile-marks the non-related npcs whom arent distracted, which takes away from your focus on whom to click on.

Also cant seem to turn off house owner indicator, so you will have an arrow blinking on your minimap / gameview for no reason when your are only intrested in Bazaar npcs

edit: Checkboxed the wrong thing, i meant to only have highlight distacted citizen checked. Ignore that part, the only relevant part is that there is a bug with the blinking arrow and settings i guess. Admitably, i did not use this plugin since it said house thieving, and the other plugin named valamore thieving which i based this one on, is broken.

So are you still trying to submit this? It sounds like the existing plugin does what you want minus some potential bugs, which you should really just contribute fixes there if that's the case.
