Why are you taking this course? To expand my knowledge about operating systems.

I would like to learn how to develop and improve on Unix-based operating systems and make them more secure.

Do you have any concerns about this course? Nope

As of now I don't have any as long as I can meet you in office hours.

What work will contribute to your grade in this class? Labs, Projects, Individual Assignments, and Participation

What happens if you miss a day of class because you are sick or your alarm doesn't go off? If you are sick, do not go to class. For regular class days there is no penalty, for lab days there is an up to 20% penalty.

What happens if you turn in a lab late? Late labs will be penalized a full letter grade (10%) for each day late.

On what day will you give a presentation on your final project for this course? May 16 and May 18.

When are you free during my scheduled office hours? Monday,Wendsday, Friday during all office hours.
