• replace the vague contact status with clear Outfitr iOS launch focus
• keep Outfitr evidence in the founder/project copy instead of adding visual proof cards
• restore the About stats as a subtle proof row instead of oversized display numbers
• make NomNom prior-work framing consistent and canonicalize the Outfitr link on /work/
