Defer the eval injection to prepublish-rrweb.js so that it only appears in https://rrwebcloud.com/record.js - we don't want it in the bookmarklet (config already well formed) or in the NPM package

Add the environment in as a placeholder that will get post-processed, e.g. for the bookmarklet we will inject some indicator code here
