This version fixed a security bug in Collateral contract where the propositionBytes (or the address) of Collateral box in outputs wouldn't be verified.

The user was able to steal the AWC token while locking more RSN (or unlocking some, partially), allowing him to retrieve his collateral and remain the watcher, with minimum Asset (i.e., creating the collateral box in the next transaction with minimum ERG and no RSN). On contrary, the CleanUp service could also steal the user collateral while slashing his permit in case of a fraudulent report.

It's been fixed simply by adding the check to Collateral contract (see in GitHub commit). Thanks @arkadianet for reporting it.
