This PR allows glue tests to be written for any language the Roc compiler supports building a platform for, instead of just Rust.
In order to add a new language, add matching folders in
fixtures/andfixture-templates/as above, and add a glue spec filename intest_glue_cli.rshere (line 239):Existing tests have been renamed from
<test_name>torust_<test_name>.
