Prepare supervision 0.2.10 so consumers can install the already merged annotation smoothing, consistent mask outlines, focus and label fixes, bounded polygon preparation, and paused-mask refinement from #132.

The manifest, workspace lock entry, docs toolbar and migration pins consistently prepare supervision@0.2.10. No runtime source, dependencies, exports or publishing workflow changed. The portable archive contains the bundled core and no workspace-relative install dependency.

Caveats

Three pinned Codex lanes, outside Claude and the parent applied all thirteen lenses to this four-file delta. Codex independently compared every lockfile property; Claude inspected its changed region and materialized diff rather than fully parsing it. All four GitHub feedback feeds are complete and no prior key exists. Ticket compliance: not requested. Merged implementation changes are the release base, not re-reviewed here.

Separate implementation checks passed: full verification (3,582 Vitest tests, contracts, types and builds), portable packaging, 12 clean-consumer checks, and publish dry run. Current CI is green on this exact head. Review-clean does not replace those checks; nothing has been published.
