Prepare supervision 0.2.7 release

Description

Prepare the next stable supervision release so consumers can use the mask rendering fixes, draft vertex Undo, consistent annotation ordering, and viewport/pixel inspection improvements. Bump the browser package, lockfile, and docs to 0.2.7 under the repository's backward-compatible 0.x patch policy.

After merge, run the protected Publish npm package workflow from main with the latest tag.
