This document attempts to organize my thoughts on the path forward for developing the next version of rllab, which I have lazily dubbed "rllab2".
I would greatly appreciate your feedback on these ideas.
rllab development at USC is about to kick into high gear, so its especially important to decide whether the original rllab repository will accept these changes, or if we'll fork into a new effort.
