Adds Ethereum mainnet (EIP-7212 via Fusaka), Sepolia testnet, and Soneium (OP Stack Fjord) to the list of chains supporting the P256 precompile. This enables native secp256r1 signature verification for WebAuthn passkeys at 3,450 gas instead of falling back to FreshCryptoLib (~200k gas). Co-Authored-By: Claude Haiku 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
