这版内部数据做了重构，需要关注下触发标签是否引起了新的问题，程序的不稳定性或是保存、读取、修改的失败。
另外关注下触发事件的修改、新建、删除、切换选择等
功能性上，主要的调整是改变了触发事件编辑器事件本身的排序，现在恢复到按照原始版本的名称排序而非按照注册ID排序了。后续会在这个基础上继续强化。
