Deployment

Include the rake tasks for the remote server
Include the nginx.conf and _nginx folders from the old site
Copy the Wufoo form CSS to the main repo, and update Wufoo to point to rethinkdb.com
Redirect Wufoo to the new CSS
Add rethinkdb.com to Typekit
Make sure we can log 404s
Add Gauges and Google Analytics / other tracking tools

Approve copy

Blog post layout, right-hand summary

Colors

Make sure consistent colors are used (grep for lighten, darken, saturate, and desaturate).

Licenses

Ionicons need to be added (MIT), e.g. right chevron
