The npm org is @requesty; @requestyai was wrong. GitHub org stays requestyai. Updates package name, README install snippet, and example workflow node types.
Removes em-dashes and tidies wording, fixes the stale Publishing section (now describes OIDC trusted publishing via GitHub Release instead of the removed npm run release script), and corrects the options table to match the node (Reasoning Effort default, JSON Schema field).
