Even though the Conda environment requires an older version of Python, we were successfull in executing all the code using Python 3.10. Dependencies were installed using the
uvpackage manager, so theuv.lockfreeze file is provided along with the dependencies section inpyproject.toml.Cython compilation incompatibilities prevented using newer Python versions.
This configuration was only tested in an x86 processor, so it is unknown whether further incompatibilities would exist with AArch64.
