Note that this file is copied to the subdirectory named after the Buildslave ("Test_KVM" or "Test_VBox") and locally modified for each Buildslave there.
I just had a look into both VMs and has already been reduced to 15 there. Nowadays, there shouldn't be any reason for more than 10 retries though.

Usually the first few retries already don't seem to yield a result,
but going up to 35 is just wasting time.
