Investigate how to set user-defined passwords for MySQL, Neo4j, Solr, and tomcat admin when the services are first created.

Some passwords are used from the Java applications so the passwords would need to be injected into the pom files that are used to build those applications.

First, make sure the documentation includes a description of which files contain passwords and how to change them before building the applications.

Then later, a script could do this for them automatically (but as long as there is good documentation, this is not very urgent).
