Sister project shares the ClawBench arXiv paper as the primary citation (per the same pattern used in the ClawBench README itself). Replaces the HarnessBench placeholder BibTeX. Adds CITATION.cff so GitHub's Cite this repository widget surfaces the same canonical reference.

HarnessBench is the sister project of ClawBench; per your request, the citation now points at the ClawBench arXiv paper (
