Prevent palette switcher from overlapping footer bottom row - #24

The fixed palette switcher at bottom-right sat on top of "In Aluminum We Trust" (and the redemption/copyright strings) when scrolled to the footer. Increase footer bottom padding so the last row clears the switcher at all breakpoints. https://claude.ai/code/session_01UKEvVmUnXpWyuzw2d3ZDNq
