Description
Makes the README.md better reflect the direction we're going in (or at least I would like to go in) and updates some dev instructions. I've started naming the concept of vertical slices of profiling tools with specific semantics "mods" for "semantic modules". These are modules with components across the stack that start with schema constraints and end up with things like viz components or MCP endpoints.
