Project 2 - Pagination and Filtering

--Description This app paginates and filters a list of students on a page. The page lists only 10 students per page and flows into additional pages with remainder of students, accessible via pagination links at the bottom of the page. Additionally, this project includes a search filter, that searches for students and provides a dynamic number of page links depending on the number of students that match the search result.

--Skills and Process Project 2 demonstrates use of event handlers, function scoping, and DOM manipulation/traversal. This includes creating elements in javascript and inserting those elements into the DOM as well as manipulating content within the current HTML to dynamically load content based on a search filter.
