A hall of fame (as described in this issue #167) to summarise all the special moments of each year. For now I've kept it pretty basic, it currently contains:

I used CSS Grid because I'm currently working with it a bit, but we could potentially also fall back on the bootstrap grid if needed. Happy to get thoughts or ideas on things I might have completely missed! I've added some screenshots below of what it looks like.
