This page explains what are the file size limits for various file types.

Images: 10 MB
Video files: We recommend that you upload you video to YouTube or Vimeo and embed it into the course material.
Audio files: 10 MB
Documents (PDF, etc.): 25 MB
Other file types: 10 MB
