Replace camera preview commands across Cubie A7A/A7Z/A7S (R6) and Cubie A5E (R7) with new framerate=30/1 commands and add missing resolution options. No separate R6/R7 section headers - commands merged into existing preview sections. Changes per camera type: - camera-8m-219 (IMX219): main preview now 3280x2464@30fps, added 1080p - camera-4k (IMX214/415): main preview now 3840x2160@30fps, added 4208x3120 - camera-13m-214 (IMX214): main preview now 4208x3120@30fps, added 1080p+3840x2160 A5E uses format=I420; A7A/A7Z/A7S use format=NV12. Also creates new camera doc pages for Cubie A5E (previously had no specific camera pages).
