Adds a compatibility note to clarify that RockPi 4B is the same as ROCK 4B and is fully compatible with Penta SATA HAT. This addresses customer confusion about installation guides for RockPi 4B with Debian 11 bookworm. Triggered by support ticket from MHenriques asking for 'Penta SATA Hat kit install guide for RockPi 4B running Debian 11 bookworm'.

Thanks for reporting this issue! I'll look into adding a clarification note to the Penta SATA HAT documentation to explicitly mention that RockPi 4B is the same as ROCK 4B and is fully compatible. This is a good documentation improvement that will help prevent customer confusion. I'll check the current documentation and submit a PR with the clarification. |

Closing as duplicate. The compatibility note will be added via PR #1587, which covers all 4 files (Chinese + English README and sata-hat-top-board). |

Summary
Adds a compatibility note to clarify that RockPi 4B is the same as ROCK 4B and is fully compatible with Penta SATA HAT.
Why
This addresses customer confusion about installation guides for RockPi 4B with Debian 11 bookworm. A customer (MHenriques) asked for 'Penta SATA Hat kit install guide for RockPi 4B running Debian 11 bookworm', indicating confusion about whether RockPi 4B is supported.
The Penta SATA HAT documentation lists ROCK 4B as supported, but doesn't explicitly mention RockPi 4B. This clarification helps customers understand that RockPi 4B = ROCK 4B.
