This PR aims to migrate the VertexAI and VertexAIEmbeddings classes to the actual GoogleGenerativeAI and GoogleGenerativeAIEmbeddings which are actually used in the Kai AI Backend project.
This will improve user's learning experience as they will test the actual clients that we are using for the current project.
Here are some screenshots from different tasks that show that it works appropriately:
