Adds entrance randomizer support for Hollow Knight generation.
Passes a new
entrance_pairsobject into the slot data, this consists of a key-value dictionary mappingsourceTransition -> targetTransition.Supports coupled and decoupled as well as a randomized starting position.
It's possible there's improper logic handling for a numerous amount of niche cases.
