0.29.17: more P12S, bonus Endsinger update

More P12S options

This release has two more options for P12S.

• Classical Concept shape ordering are three options for shapes from west/left to east/right. If you need another ordering because you do reverse rocketship or something wild, please submit a PR or a github issue. (PS circle is not orange).
• Pangenesis strat: there's two different starts going around 0+2 (HRT) and 1+2 (Yuki/Rinon). 0+2 strat is where the 0+2short people take the first tower (and then the same second tower together) and the 1+2long people merge ahead of time while waiting for the second tower. 1+2 strat is where the 1+2short people take the first tower and 0+2long people wait for the second tower (but don't merge). By default it will tell you what you have and when you must take a certain tower (because you got a tilt debuff).
