0.28.19: TOP omega rotation

Hi, one last change to the TOP omega rotation. There's now an option in the cactbot config UI TOP section that selects whether you want staff sword to be far dodge (the default) or the mid-ish dodge. staffSwordCombo output strings that you edited before are now removed and it will select the mid or far version automatically based on the above option. Finally, it will also tell you which way to rotate when going from dodge 1 to dodge 2.

As a part of this, the e8s knockback and TEA wormhole options are now in their respective trigger sets and are not top level options any more. Any previous setting is preserved, so you shouldn't need to change anything if you'd clicked either of those before.
