raidboss: convert seal messages to network log lines (#5966)

Fixes #4201.

The ids here are all:
- from the script in #4201 directly
- found from looking at adjacent seal ids and making an educated guess
(Puppet's Bunker, Bozjan Southern Front)
- found from logs (remaining manual conflict cases)
