Qiita (canonically pronounced cheetah) is an analysis environment for microbiome (and other "comparative -omics") datasets.
This package includes provides access to the Atropos, fiter (host removal via bowtie2) and SortmeRNA for Qiita used for Metagenomic and Metatrascriptomic sequence processing.
