All existing seqpro-related code clipped from metapool, as well as some of my new replacements.
A lot of code in seqpro is made more complex by the fact that it's not integrated into mg-scripts and it's interface is as a command-line tool.
Since SPP is the only user of seqpro, it makes sense to migrate all this code to mg-scripts so it can be simplified and leverage a number of functions in mg-scripts that perform similar tasks.
Performance will also be greatly improved.
