#174 inlined the webview lifecycle into windows.rs with a new windows/lifecycle module; the once_cell -> LazyLock conversion now applies to that module and to the new notification worker instead of the deleted webview_lifecycle.rs. The two fallible inits (helper job, notification worker) use a mutex-guarded double check so the stable OnceLock keeps the retry-on-failure semantics that once_cell's get_or_try_init provided.

npm run test:renderer：136 项通过。npm run build:renderer：通过，仍有现有 bundle 体积提示。cargo test --offline --manifest-path src-tauri/Cargo.toml --bin sunshine-gui：298 项通过，6 项依赖实机环境的测试忽略。git diff --check：通过。生命周期回归覆盖关闭重建、快速隐藏/恢复、显示变化、迟到回调、刷新与恢复失败、初始化中停止、用户开关、传输重试及观察器换代。上一轮 Windows CI（fc35465e）已通过前端构建、前端测试、原生插件测试和 Tauri 后端测试；发布构建与 Release 步骤按 PR 条件跳过。尚未完成 Moonlight 在 GUI 已有焦点时开始串流，以及显示器/HDR 切换的实机复测，不能据此宣称原始卡死已解决。
