Submissions for an updated map showcase

Feature Description

https://qgis.org/project/overview/maps/ has maps from uncertain sources. I would like to have a more carefully curated set of maps there. I will use this ticket to first collate candidates and then we will take a selection of the submissions to display in the gallery.

To add a map, either attach it as a comment to this ticket in the form of:

• Map Attachment (use the best resolution that you can)
• Your Name
• A short narrative of how QGIS was used to create the map (we will tidy up your english if you are not a native english speaker)
• A declaration that QGIS was integral to the creation of the map
• A declaration that you have the rights to share this image for publication
• A declaration that QGIS.org may use this image for marketing and promotion as needed to benefit the project.

@Xpirix can we integrate a submission link into the page too? Maybe a better long term approach would be to allow submissions to the resource hub with a new resource type 'Map Gallery'?

Once that is complete I will update the news item to ask people to submit their entries directly at the hub
