If this has really been tested ingame, and it works (with the metadata), then it looks good to me.
I was just personally unsure whether the source value really gets added to the hospital:server:SetArmor event when triggered from another server event.
(Aka, going client -> server -> server)

Sat and traced this back to it incorrectly trying to call a server event with a client method. This will now update the players armor metadata value correctly when they first use armor.
