- responsible for setting the budget, monitoring expenses and general oversight of all other committees
- works together with the PythonPH Board of Trustees for decision-making and to sort-out stuff behind the scenes

- responsible for looking for sponsors and coordinating with them to see to it that their needs are met based on the appropriate sponsorship package benefits
- responsible for providing deliverables to sponsors before, during and after the event - e.g. marketing collaterals such as tarpaulin/banners, etc. (double check the requirements in the sponsorship propspectus)
- responsible for setting up ticketing page
- responsible for recording Ticket Sales and Preparing Official Receipts
- responsible for distributing Financial Aid
- responsible for helping speakers with technical setup, provide water bottles and other needs
- responsible for extra projector, microphone, tables, laptop, etc.
- should be on standby in case something goes wrong on-stage.
- should see to the needs of the speakers and audience.
- responsible for ensuring that our Code of Conduct is enforced throughout the conference for speakers.

- responsible for writing a promotional blog post on PyCon PH
- responsible for the Play-by-play Social Media Posts during the event (Twitter, IG, FB)
- responsible for finding and coordinating with a video editor
- responsible for updating the PyCon website and youtube playlist once the videos are available
- responsible for writing a report on PyCon PH, to be used for blogs and future references
- responsible for manning the onsite registration booth
- responsible for distributing certificates to attendees after the conference
- responsible for introducing Speakers
- responsible for announcing Sponsors and Partners
- responsible for Facilitating Games and Raffle during down time
