- Adds tests for v3.6 added in Implementing the COARE v3.6 algorithm #36
- Drops testing for Python 3.8 and adds testing for 3.12 and 3.13
- Restructure v3.5 and utilities tests:
- Separate tests into separate files
- Tests based on object oriented use, in preparation for deprecation of function based use in Static functions add clutter without much benefit #29

The test failed above but I think that is because of the new data that is included in this PR being necessary for running it. Going to merge and re-run manually and hope it works out! |
