This PR updates the push notifications implementation to use feature detection for Web Push standards instead of relying on browser type detection.

This update is made possible by recent server-side changes enabling Web Push compatibility for Safari.

Key changes:

  • Replaced isSupportedBrowser with isWebPushSupported, the new function verifies the presence of the required Web Push APIs (Notification, PushManager, and serviceWorker) instead of relying on browser-specific user agent checks.
  • Safari Support: With server-side and client-side updates, Web Push notifications are now fully supported on Safari.
