This PR updates the push notifications implementation to use feature detection for Web Push standards instead of relying on browser type detection.
This update is made possible by recent server-side changes enabling Web Push compatibility for Safari.
Key changes:
isSupportedBrowserwithisWebPushSupported, the new function verifies the presence of the required Web Push APIs (Notification,PushManager, andserviceWorker) instead of relying on browser-specific user agent checks.
