chore: update package.json for version 2.2.6-rc.1 and enhance metadata

This pull request includes significant updates to the package.json file in the packages/themes/bwst directory. The most important changes involve updating the package version, adding licensing information, and including metadata about the repository and author.

Metadata updates:

• Updated the version from 1.0.0-alpha.0 to 2.2.6-rc.1.
• Added license field with value EUPL-1.2.
