- Dynamic memory AVM allocation based on machines' memory configuration;
- Integration WIP patches:
- Yadong's CIV pause/resume patch;
- Shuang's socket connection hang patch.

In rc.civ.post, check sys_bootcompleted property at the begining, then launch following daemons/services. Forceing adb to use vsock. Refine pause_civ/resume_civ script. Signed-off-by: Yadong Qi <yadong.qi@intel.com>

It's observed the mwc client process killed by system when user logout. This makes the socket closed abnormally without proper communication for graceful socket shutdown. Per experiment, allocate smaller memory to AVM leads to better user experience to whole system for lower memory configuration machines. Added the dynamic AVM memory allocation for performance optimization. Signed-off-by: Wan Shuang <shuang.wan@intel.com> Tracked-On: OAM-100077
