Build file targets basically working; more user-information work to do.
* Changes to content models and elements * Updates to the documentation (but not the what's new part) * Switching configTest to say 1.0 (since that's the truth) * Small fixes and adjustments to the v1 to v2 conversion
* Updating all configuration options for v1, which required significant refactoring of the main configuration * Creating new mechanisms for retrieving default values, and updating the v1 to v2 conversion script to use those
…ticSearch into iss195_config
Also some modification of the v1 to v2 conversion, including validation order and dependencies
