Which options should I select before starting a session?

These are the default options suggested by Harman's 'How to Listen'.
eqTrainer uses the same value by default, and these are the recommended settings for general users.

If you are a beginner, try increasing the 'Gain' value to make the difference more noticeable.

Troubleshooting

Sound is not playing properly

eqTrainer supports several audio backend libraries for different operating systems.

Windows	MacOS	Linux	Android	iOS
WASAPI	Core Audio	ALSA	AAudio	Core Audio
		Jack	OpenSL ES
		PulseAudio

Choosing a different audio backend may solve the problem.

Go to 'Settings' - 'Developer Settings' - 'Audio API' and select the desired audio backend.
If multiple APIs are selected, the one at the top of the list will be used.
