These are the default options suggested by Harman's 'How to Listen'.
eqTrainer uses the same value by default, and these are the recommended settings for general users.
If you are a beginner, try increasing the 'Gain' value to make the difference more noticeable.
eqTrainer supports several audio backend libraries for different operating systems.

Choosing a different audio backend may solve the problem.
Go to 'Settings' - 'Developer Settings' - 'Audio API' and select the desired audio backend.
If multiple APIs are selected, the one at the top of the list will be used.
