Companion to https://github.com/posit-dev/positron-builds/pull/404 (must not be merged until that PR has been merged and deployed).
Note
This change automatically updates Universal build users to a single-architecture version that matches their platform, though for now it is still possible to receive Universal updates by opting in via the setting. Eventually we'll want to remove this setting.
