BIP 2: Dynamic Reputation Criteria

Reputation requirement contains two parameters:

1. Numeric level of reputation
2. Number of other high rep users who upvoted a given user's posts *The number of high rep users is dynamic and is calculated with the following formula:

1% of the active users if the number of active users is <=20k Else: 200 + (NUM ACTIVE USERS - 20,000)^.5
