Contents of the Pull Request

This contains a new blog article describing a SharePoint Framework solution for streamlining a user's Portal News using the PnP V4 Search Results webpart, a custom query modifier and a webpart for setting subscribed news tags (managed metadata). It was submitted as a solution to the 2025 SharePoint Hackathon.
