This PR removes the predefined title prefixes from GitHub issue templates, allowing users to provide their own titles instead of having them start with [FEATURE], [CLEANUP], or [BUG].
- Replaced hardcoded title prefixes with empty strings across all issue templates
- Maintains the existing label system to categorize issues

This removes the
[THING]default title, since the tags on each Issue will be self-explanatory.
