Filters

General information

The filters are built upon the Custom Taxonomies provided by Hugo. For this project "filter"/"taxonomy" is interchangable, but for clarity "taxonomy" will be used.

How to add taxonomies

If you add taxonomies please use a speaking name even if it is rather long. By using Hugo's archetypes you don't need to write it very often, but you will read it a lot. Note that underscores are used in order to preserve capitalization, especially in translations.

Domain_of_Physics

It may seem obvious that the Phyphox database is about Physical (Phone) Experiments, but it doesn't hurt to know that 'domains' specificially refers to physics; It eliminates all ambiguity and the need to look it up.
